Pay Rates: £13.25/hour (nights) and £12.21/hour (days).

Role Summary:

Warehouse Operatives support the safe and efficient movement of cargo through Heathrow’s busy airport terminals. The role involves using hand-held scanning devices, preparing and processing documentation, and working with a wide range of cargo types. Operatives handle both standard and specialised freight, build and break down pallets, and carry out regular manual handling tasks. Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this position.

Rates:

• First 12 weeks: £13.50/hour (day & night).

• After 12 weeks: £14/hour candidate pay (day & night).  

• Overtime (after 12 weeks only): £17/hour candidate pay rate.

Requirement: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence + on-site assessment by client trainer.

Role Summary:

Forklift Warehouse Operatives combine general cargo handling with skilled forklift

operations. Working across Heathrow’s cargo terminals, the role involves loading

and unloading vehicles, transporting freight using counterbalance FLTs, completing manual handling duties, and maintaining accuracy when scanning and identifying shipments. Operatives manage a variety of cargo types, including special products, ensuring all work complies with strict client and aviation standards. This position requires proven forklift competence and the ability to work safely under pressure.

Contract Type: Temp-to-perm

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 2 off, mixed earlies/lates (8 hours per shift).

Location: LHR

Pay rates:

• Standard: £15.31/hour

• OT Mon–Fri: £21.55/hour

• OT Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays: £28.74/hour

Overtime applies only after 37.5 hours worked per week.

Role Summary:

Airside Drivers play a critical role in the movement of cargo across Heathrow

Airport’s secure zones. They operate a range of large vehicles—often over 18

tonnes—to transport shipments safely between terminals and airside areas. This

position requires experienced drivers with HGV2, Bus/Coach, or 7.5T backgrounds,

ideally with existing airside experience. Drivers must demonstrate strong awareness of safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure, time-critical environments while following strict airport and aviation regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• HGV2 / Cat C / Class 2 licence (or Bus/Coach / 7.5T licence with 2+ years’

  experience)

• Good fitness level and ability to follow instructions

• Strong communication, responsibility, and safety awareness
